Placing an Order with My Romantic Gifts
To place an order on our website, please use our secure
on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card
information. If you would like to place an order by

If you have questions regarding any of our products
and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a

Guarantee/Returns
We
pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we
hope that you will be pleased with your order.
Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything
except personalized, or edible items. We
want you to be 100% happy with the romantic gift you
have selected!
Our guarantee is very simple: If you are not thrilled
with your order, for any reason* will will send you
another, or cheerfully refund your money! *The only
exceptions to this guarantee are if you provide us with
an incorrect shipping address, the item is late, the item has been
personalized, the item is used or the item is edible.
Therefore, PLEASE...double check your shipping
addresses before you place your order and make
absolutely certain you have entered the information
correctly on your order form.
Understandably, please note that shipping charges,
special orders, some food items (candies, chocolates)
and personalized items are non-refundable. Any
shipping related duties and taxes incurred will be
deducted from your refund. Unauthorized returns and
refused orders will not be accepted for refunds.
If you need to return or exchange something, please send an email to
sales@myromanticgift.com or call us at 1-517-425-9029
within 5 days of receiving your order for authorization
on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 5
days as long as the items are unused and in the original
packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent
back within 5 days of authorization.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover.
We can also accept cashier’s checks and personal checks.

All orders by money order will be sent upon
receipt of payment. Checks require 10 days to clear.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 48 hours from when the order was
placed. The product descriptions for My Romantic Gifts
provide an estimated time to ship. In the event you
require a rush order, please email or call us at
1-517-425-9029 to discuss special arrangements.
Shipping
My Romantic Gifts uses USPS and /or UPS for most shipping within
the United States. If you need something sent 2nd day or
overnight, that normally ships ground. please contact us
at 1-517-425-9029. We can do that too. Shipping charges
for US packages are calculated automatically in the
shopping cart.
Unfortunately, we are NOT able to ship our edible
products to Canada or other countries.
Canadian shipments are sent USPS. The shipping fee to
Canada is not automatically calculated in the store when
you check out. If you place an order from Canada, you
will receive an email regarding your shipping fees which
will be charged upon shipment. This fee will not
cover any taxes or duties so that you will be
responsible for any additional fees once your package
arrives to your door.
We do not ship outside of the US and Canada.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are
shipped within the state of Michigan (6%). This is due
to the fact that our corporate office is in Stockbridge,
Michigan. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
Rush Orders
In the event you would like to request a rush order on
any of the items at My Romantic Gift, please call us
